Return Policy

GRADE-X return policy lasts 30 days. If you are not fully satisfied after the first 30 days since your purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
